With this tool a programmer can document its Source Code in a structured form and write description for whole elements of its work in "Rich Text Format".
Specify Type of the element ( Class, Structure, Method, Field, Property, etc )
Specify for a class, structure or interface its bases and implementations.
This is a simple version and in future I add features to this application.
