Another alpha-test release after far too long. Be careful about new bugs for a while. There are changes to the library. Some changes in sequences returned for the same seed with some of the API calls. No incompatible API changes. Numerous small changes to the tests. testunif and testfunif now have -d (directory_name) flag so it is possible to run multiple test runs simulatneously without file corruption, also there are now lockfiles. Sorry to jhladky and to Chris that this took so long. It's still about a programmer's library for C language that does psudo-random numbers in many distributions. Also tests for prngs.
