This is a patch for Asterisk PBX that makes it usable as a call agent in PacketCable networks. It adds support of NCS messaging to Asterisk PBX. NCS, in its turn, is supported by the majority of vendors who produce EMTAs.

  • It is great that this patch is publicly available, but I'm sure that facha is not the original author of it. Go search on the asterisk and asterisk-dev mailing lists for the real author - it is Jason Burton, and that was back in 2006. What a shame!
