Version 1.0.1 fixes

  1. Fixed a bug when logging wont turn on with app on windows startup
  2. App now shows a correct error message when CS:GO or Steam path isn't found
  3. If CS:GO or Steam path isn't found disable Auto Buy and Auto Reload options as it is dependant on CS:GO GSI
