CPS Program Editor
 
 1.8.2 - you can choose between ANSI, UTF-8 or UNICODE format;
 1.8.3 - default format is now ANSI; you'll be warned before saving if file contains invalid ANSI characters.
 1.8.4 - fixed a bug with two monitors; added functionality to remove duplicated lines.
