Update README, get makefile to automatically create Aminet .readme from it

Tweaked the project icons only.

Add readme, allow sample joystick commands to be written to resource file, don't lose
execute bit when copying sz81

That's it. I'm building the 2.1-5 source package after this commit.

Updated project icon. Added ZX80/81 specific scripts for embedded devices [with no command line] plus accompanying new icons.

A sample joystick control set is written to newly created PC rcfiles.

Also fixed a broken control remapper as I fiddled and removed something I shouldn't have ;)

-d can now be specified in tooltypes with SHOWDEVIDS

Fixed an issue with the load selector changing the working directory and the GP2X's relatively referenced rcfile being written elsewhere.
Added -d command line option to show any input device IDs on-screen.

Added a protected property to ctrl_remaps to prevent modifying some important universally active controls such as toggle-keyboard.
Tweaked the blinking selector speed.
