#256 Icons and desktop file follow no naming standard and are not installed
The usual convention for naming icons is by the name of the application using it.
However, the sonic-visualiser.desktop file uses Icon=sv-icon, while it should be Icon=sonic-visualiser.
The current install target also doesn't install these icons (which should go to the respective folders beneath /usr/share/icons/hicolor/ e.g. /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/sonic-visualiser.svg for icons/sv-icon.svg and /usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/sonic-visualiser.png for icons/sv-32x32.png) or the desktop file (needs to go to /usr/share/applications/) at all.
