Fix the license files - we're GPL now!

Make this work on Win2k too.

code cleanup.

We use the date controls, so we have to initialize them.

Show info text at the top of the property page.

* add NAnt build script
* add WiX installer script

The "Touch" button sets the 'last write time' of all selected files/folders to the current time.

Implement setting the file and directory dates.

Add date/time controls for the creation-, last-accessed- and last-modified-dates of the selected files.
Only the first file is used for now (that will be improved later).
Also, the date/times can't yet be modified.

Ignore files.
