#68 allow click on toolbar drag GUI
Right now, the only way to drag the GUI window is to click and drag on the top of the window border. This is a pretty small target.
It would be great if clicking anywhere on the toolbar that is not a button would allow dragging the window. Then maybe the top window border could switch to a resize function, like the other sides of the border.
