THINGS WHICH ARE NOT 100% FINISHED YET

 - <make and use a ~/.spop folder for tmp and options>
	file_check.py check if ~/.spop/_filename exist
	if it doesn't exist it create this file
	spop_note also can use this ~/.spop/_filename

 - Install Script for installation 
	don't control the needed packages.
	so it just copy the files to /usr/local/share/spop_note
	and creates a starter in /usr/local/bin which is called spop_note
	there also exist a uninstall script
