THINGS WHICH WERE MADE

 - Option Window. You can change font.
 - Change font styles without starting note new
 - You can print the file
 - About Window has become Toplevel and not a Class
 - ~/.spop folder exist for language and options
 - Change Hotkeys (Not perfect yet, but it become better)
 - One existing Configuration File (Font, Ask Quitting, Lang, PyRun activ)
