Snappy Driver needs new v2309 download here. Plus menu missing

I downloaded the R539 from the download link here. I then ran the batch file and see in the driver updates to download "applicatIon". I downloaded this application which is the new R2309 x64 version (one needed). I reran the bath file and it shows 1.23.9. However, it is missing the menus on the left for Refresh, the "Found in driverpacks" checkboxes, and the "Absent in driver packs" checkboxes.

I then downloaded from https://sdi-tool.org/downloads the SDI lite version. It also is v1.23.9 but when the SDI_auto.bat file is run it will show the menus on the left as mentioned above.

In either download (separate directories), the x32 and x64 executable file sizes are the same.

Therefore, there is something different between them that the sourceforge one doesn't work the same as the sdi-tool one.

In both cases, I'm running this on Windows Server 2022.
