* add_window.c (AddWindow): Set psw->bw unconditionally to avoid

positioning conflicts with the shape code. Bug reported by Harvey J. Stein.

* borders.c (RelieveParts): Minor changes to avoid visual glitches
(some probably long unnoticed).
