Added missing libusb dependencies in backend Makefile.am

- changed the default script to test.script (no actual scanning, only test)
- corrected typos / formatting / minor inconsistencies in README.txt
- corrected one compilation issue for OpenBSD

Moved conversion of script to an absolute path to a function
in a new config.c
Moved cfg_do_parse() there too. Changed prototype of
cfg_do_parse tp pass config_file_name.
Updated Makefile.am and Makefile.simple

Corrected debug/ debu_level handling:
- When set from commandline it overrides theconfig file
- When SIGHUP is received we only use the config file unconditionally

added explicit cast (NetBSD)

changed scanbuttond backends dir consistently to /usr/local/lib/...

moved cfg_do_parse() after reading option values, because option -c sets config-filename. Added logic not to overwrite debug option

Added GNU header to FreeBSD.rc
Added description for saned.fdi

- added the logic to determine the absolute/relative script-path to scanbutton_wrapper.c (from sane.c)
- added checks for numerical commandline-options

Updated doc/README.txt with difference between scanbd/ scanbm.
Reflect that -c is normally needed
