#676 Bracers of Archery, Lesser - Not adding attack bonus
When Bracers of Archery are selected as a magic item, it has no effect on any attack bonus or ranged attack bonus. It's not clear to me if this competence bonus is supposed to stack with Weapon Focus feat or not, but in the sheet, they clearly do NOT stack or effect each other.
