#651 Whip missing from exotic weapon proficiency list
The weapon Whip is missing from the exotic weapon proficiency list, both in the Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat and the half-elf alternate trait Ancestral Weapon. Also, the Dwarven Waraxe and Dwarven Double Waraxe are in the martial weapon proficiency list and not in the exotic weapon proficiency list.

Whip (#218), Dwarven Waraxe (Two Handed) is a martial weapon proficiency, #216/#217 are the Exotic versions.
