#4 show file name and line number
Atm the line number is not showing when you are
browsing a regexxer match. I am using this since I need
to find the spot with my IDE's text editor (note: see
other anjuta bindings and bonbo-ification features
requests)
Same for the file name, you have to look it up in the
treeview. It works but it's a bit of extra effort.
What about a status line showing file name and line number?

This does sound useful. It also sounds relatively easy.
Maybe you could submit a patch.
This is partially implemented (the line number).
I will try to implement the second part for regexxer 0.10
