RefactorDW Code

Created folder "branches".

- file extension of wiki files (media files and pages)is now included in naming conflict detection
- fixed some bugs that have been caused by implementation of media file refactoring
- RefactorDW is able again to finish its run for the first time after implementation of media file refactoring

- fixed wrong name of main()
- Fixed bug in detection of relative and absolute links with curly braces
- added ignore clause for {{tag> ...}} links as they are no wiki file link
- added ignore clause for {{topic> ...}} links as they are no wiki file link
- added ignore clause for samba file share links: [[file://...]] links as they are no wiki file link
- OutOfMemoryError is now catched displaying a hint for using '-Xmx2048m'
- Adkusted log4j configuration

- Fixed all bugs that have been detected by unit tests since implementing new feature that refactors mediafiles as well as articles

- Fixed some bugs for unit test improvement

Edited url and link handling in order to fix unit tests (or at least improve the results)

- Added support for links to media files that use curly braces: {{...}} instead of [[...]]
- Links to media files now get normalized: all braces are substituted by curly braces: {{...}}
- Added some unit tests

- resolved todos related to media file handling
- extended unit tests so that media file links using {{...}} are checked as well as normal links.
This will cause some tests to fail, but its an overall improvement, so I will commit this.
