Added basic unit tests for command line interface

- Added command line interface using commons-cli
- Added capability to use alternative XML configuration file
- Refactored (moved) some core classes
- updated documentation

Ivy now creates HTML and graph reports

- switched to new jdom organisation (org.jdom)
- Removed deactivated Hudson env variables as they can be set from outside using '-D....'

Deactivated Hudson variable emulation in build script (manual tests)

Added svn ignore patterns for log and bin directories

Added svn ignore pattern for the api directory (javadoc)

Added ignore pattern for jars, as Ivy will retrieve those libs at build time. There's no need to commit them anymore

Removed old lib directories that are no more needed due to Ivy usage

Integrated Apachy Ivy as dependency manager
