#24 Impossible to select 63 video quality

Using 0.3.8 gtk version, it's impossible to select 63 video quality as it just skips over the value.

Here is a video on an external website because sf.net has an amusingly short limit of 256k on attachments: http://drop.io/63_gtkrecrordmydesktop_bug
