My monitor resolution is fullHD which is 1920x1080. But when I capture my whole screen I get 1920x1072 pixels frame size. Some rows from top and bottom are just lost.

That isn't a bug, you only must disable in the menue "Misc": Outline Capture Area on Screen

I can actually confirm this is a bug. I also get 1920x1072 video on my 1920x1080 monitor regardless the setting. I tried recording with the setting on and off and both times the result was 8 pixels short of height.
