#23 Apply an XML Signature to the rt.client.xml
This will allow us to verify that the file has not been changed since the last run of the RT Client. The Client depends on the file being in a good state. To protect the client we should make the client sign the xml as its last action before it saves the file and shuts down.
A lightweight solution might be to simply hash the file for now and store the has in the client's properties file.
