Added new panel to the edit application dialog advanced tab to allow user to add the CPE dictionary and OVAL files.
Feature request 3032183

Changed application name to id. Restrict id text to be NCName (alpha-numeric plus period (.), no spaces) on change. When exported to XCCDF, the id becomes the Benchmark id with non-allowed characters stripped out. (Non-allowed characters could be left over from previous versions of the RT which permitted them.)
