Changed application name to id. Restrict id text to be NCName (alpha-numeric plus period (.), no spaces) on change. When exported to XCCDF, the id becomes the Benchmark id with non-allowed characters stripped out. (Non-allowed characters could be left over from previous versions of the RT which permitted them.)

Added schematron check for non unique check-value value-ids. Use this check to abort import. These changes should be removed after we change the RT schema to accept non unique CheckValueRefs in CheckContent.
