Fixed spelling error in Remove button tooltip.

Set the tooltip of the remove button to tell the user that the button is disabled because the element is inherrited from another profile.
Prompted by bug 3029524.

Added checks for both rule and group dependencies before deleting a group. These are reported to the user and the user can't delete.
Added checks for group dependencies and profile references before deleting a rule (a rule dependency check was already there). The user can't delete the rule if such references exist.
Fix for bug 3028624.

Make table available to renderers so that the renderers can convert the view column passed in to the methods into the model column required for processing. This the broken column swapping feature on all tables in the RT.
Fix for bug 3026468.

Show the value of the ValueType as well as its selector in the Refine Value combo box in the Refine Value tab of the Profile dialog.
For bug 2911561.

Increased the hight of the cells in the table so that the combo box cell can be better read. Made the combo box cell a little wider, too.
Added hover text on the values in the drop down list.
