Set the tooltip of the remove button to tell the user that the button is disabled because the element is inherrited from another profile.
Prompted by bug 3029524.

+Corrected version.info.properties file

Added checks for both rule and group dependencies before deleting a group. These are reported to the user and the user can't delete.
Added checks for group dependencies and profile references before deleting a rule (a rule dependency check was already there). The user can't delete the rule if such references exist.
Fix for bug 3028624.

Prevent empty SelectGroup and SelectRules in Profiles. (Don't know why xsl was adding more of these elements than there were in the original.)

For bug 3030564 - Re-importing exported xccdf causes crash.
