Moved translation of references in Profiles above Selections to prevent validation errors.

Moved translation of references and requires above rules and sub groups in Group. The wrong order caused validation errors.
Fix for bug 3029602.

+Deleted some old, no longer used classes I created

+Copying now seems to work, with window functioning properly and schema validating after copy is created

Added cpe language 2.0 namespace. cpe dictionary 2.0 namespace was incorrectly being used for platform-specification.

+ Fixed a bug where adding an internal doc to a group didn't trigger the getChanged() flag
+ Made some optimizations for reference panels by eliminating multiple xPath selects
