Done with this branch

Merged in dependency branch into the trunk.
Rules dialog now has a group dependency gui and Groups dialog now has both rule and group dependency gui.
Fulfills feature request 2845165.

+ Fixed an issue where the user deleted a rule through the addeditdialog and after pressing OK it remained in the table.
+ Deleting from "ALL" showing rules doesn't remove from the table

+minor changes, so that I can have them while im gone

+ Fixed issue where Rules stay in a table they shouldn't belong in after an edit (undeleting a rule while viewing only deleted rules)
