Merged in dependency branch into the trunk.
Rules dialog now has a group dependency gui and Groups dialog now has both rule and group dependency gui.
Fulfills feature request 2845165.

Display the Profile's import Id in the Id field of the Profile table if it has one. Otherwise, use the user frriendly RT generated Id.
