+ Fixed an issue where the user deleted a rule through the addeditdialog and after pressing OK it remained in the table.
+ Deleting from "ALL" showing rules doesn't remove from the table

+minor changes, so that I can have them while im gone

+ Fixed issue where Rules stay in a table they shouldn't belong in after an edit (undeleting a rule while viewing only deleted rules)

+ Lots of stuff works.
+ committing because I think my computer is about to die.

+initial GUI for copying rules. Does not actually do the copying yet.

Added rule and group dependency guis to Group Advanced Tab.

+ Group table integrated (no search, no update scroll pane on insert)

+ Profile table now has working sorters

+ Profile table integrated
+ Search still broken (doesn't recognize tables of AbsTableItem elements)
