+ Recommendation table panel integrated with new table model design

+ started to change the recommendation table over to a non-xmlobject based model. it works for the most part but sorting doesn't work along with a couple other issues.

Creating branch for developing dependency GUIs

+ fixed bug #2946131 : CPE deletions are recorded now
+ modified MixedContent class to include XHTML attributes on elements (except for xmlns declarations).
