Fixed issue #3010093 : viewRecommendation.xsl can now be applied to recommendations without error

+Moved the getDateFromDb function to UtilityDAO.java
+Changed the SynchronizeClientDialog.java class to call the new date methods.
+Fixed typo, initilized->initialized
+Changed some log lines to use the appropriate logger
+Removed DatabaseManager.getConnection() from ClientDAO.java, added a single call in RegisterClient.java

Get rid of unused files

Remove profile branch (broken, but merged anyway)

Merge the profile branch into the trunk. This isn't a Subversion sanctified merge because Subversion refused to do its job. Rather, the code was manually copied from the branch to the trunk.

Added a method to the DateUtils.java class, as well as some changes to RTClientSyncProperties.java. Changes cause the time stamp on the client RTSyncProperties.properties file to come from the database, not the client machine, for consistency purposes.

Creating myself a branch

+ Added worker dialogs to the Synchronize Client Dialog that are displayed during validation
+ The compliance check window does not allow OCIL checks to be launched within eSCAPe
+ First pass at fixing issue #3004711: if two clients add a rule to two different groups, there are no more schema validation issues.
