Show user a table of items required by the item the user has just selected to be added to the profile. The user will have the option of added all, just the originally selected one, or cancelling the add.

Fix the order number of the statuses

+ check content panel is disabled if there are no more check languages available for a given rule

+ Dialog is centered over the parent component when it appears.

Get rid of unused files

Merge the profile branch into the trunk. This isn't a Subversion sanctified merge because Subversion refused to do its job. Rather, the code was manually copied from the branch to the trunk.

+ Added worker dialogs to the Synchronize Client Dialog that are displayed during validation
+ The compliance check window does not allow OCIL checks to be launched within eSCAPe
+ First pass at fixing issue #3004711: if two clients add a rule to two different groups, there are no more schema validation issues.

The user list also ignores deleted users now

+ Cancel option works when closing windows now
+ CPE background color changes when editing, like the how-to table
