Don't cache profile in refine value table so that it changes when the user changes an inherited value.
Set the max size of the right panel on the selections tab small so that the table expands rather than the button panel.

Added id comparator for ids that aren't in XmlObjects. (Just stole the code from the IdComparator.) Use the new comparator in the profile gui.

+ moved title and description text areas from tabs to dialogs on groups and profiles
+ selection (selected/unselected) applied to groups and profiles regardless of the general/advanced tabs being modified

Show base profile's refine values in refine value table. Add refine value to current profile if user changes value of inherited refine value.
