Fix the order of the rule statuses

Merged in the latest from the trunk.

Added listeners to recompute the groups and rules to display in the profile Selections tab when the user switches the base profile in the General tab.

Don't sort statuses before adding them to combo. The order numbers don't correspond to the order we want them to appear and sorting causes two "itermims" to show up in the list.

+ Fixed an issue with the import script: duplicate ids for front and rear matters due to the use of "position()"
