+ merged escape branch with trunk

+ Subversion is telling me that the RTClient directory has changed. So I am committing before a merge.

- removing old scomped schema

+ updated scomped schema to recognize mixed content (xhtml)
+ fixed issue with output file not flushing the entire RTDocument

+ adding the upgrade script for the latest schema changes (matter merge, reference merge, internal check removal)

+ AutoSaveManager doesn't run when DataManager.save() is called
+ javax.swing.SwingWorker is used by WorkerDialog instead of Runnable classes

+ merged multiple_rule_edit branch into trunk

Added method to check all physical files to see if their modification date is new than the last sync date. If so, the FileType item corresponding to the file is marked as modified. This method is called during saving and syncing.
Fix for bug 2976074.

Cleanup unused CommentsPanel.
For feature request 2959718.

Merged CommentAddDialog into CommentViewDialog and CommentAddPanel into CommentViewPanel.
