+ committing version info before merge

+ changed the minimum size on the search result panel

+ example rt.client.xml file aligns with the schema

+ adding db v2 to v3 upgrade script

+ Updated stylesheets to align with current data model

+ made the RT window smaller
+ fixed an issue with the search results table not loading in netbeans

+ added some methods for speeding up table rendering...if they ever get used

+ added methods for returning maps of statuses and categories so that lookups can be performed faster

+ fixed bugs with new helper design (works pretty well now)
+ fixed a couple issues with the DAO's
+ started work for a possible improvements to recommendation table

+ committing schema changes (complexcontent vs. simplecontent...know the difference)
