removed the old build.number file

Added the about dialog.

Added colored alternating rows to all (?) of the JLists

UserInfoPanel.java:
++ Added required field listeners to add/edit dialog.
++ Added focus listeners to password fields.
++ Password fields are populated with bogus data when a user with a password is being edited. The password fields are cleared when one of them gains focus. Passwords are only changed when the user changes the fields and presses the Add button ( basically if they click on a password field and add a password ).

fixed outdated references to systemId

First pass at generating xccdf off of the RT xml. creates/supports just about everything. The major omission is checks. I will get these once checks are working in the rt client gui. Check should be pretty simple...

Fixed a bug that would cause inconsistencies with cell resizing.

Fixed an issue with cell resizing on the Recommendation table. Cell resizing now behaves as it should.

set the type on the input param
