Recommendation Tracker Code

Set tooltip of mixed content text areas to preview the marked up contents.

+ Changed the tooltip text to display "NEW", "DELETED", or "MODIFIED" change types, but ignore "NONE" changetypes.

+ Added a "Touched" view to the recommendation listview that shows which recommendations were added/deleted/modified since the last sync.
- When viewing "touched" recommendations the tooltip text displays the changeType along with the normal tooltip text

Added XHTML support for elements which have such support in XCCDF.
For feature requests:
2844623 - support XHTML on export,
2844622 - support XHTML on import
2019813 - support XHTML in descriptions

+ added another getItem(...) method that takes a list as input

+ More changes to the AbsHelper
+ Started work on integrating the AbsHelper into the ReferenceHelper and the FileTypeHelper
+ Removed Internal Checks from schema
+ Consolidated reference types under one common "References" parent
- didn't touch the java code to use this yet

+ Fixed some of the "getReferenced" type methods in AbsHelper
+ Fully integrated new CommentHelper into comment panels and table models

+ Made more changes to AbsHelper (added methods)
+ Fully integrated it into the Comment panels (untested)

+ Completed work on AbsHelper. (Needs Testing)
+ Integrated AbsHelper with CommentHelper
+ Working on propagating CommentHelper changes around
+ Started a HelperFactory class

+ Starting to rework the helpers to support AbsHelper
- this will allow use of a factory and calling methods like addNew___ without knowing what type I am working with.
