Moved resetting application list to main thread and out of the worker dialog thread to prevent NPE deep inside Java swing code.
Fixes bug 2856909.

Use <xsl:element> for all RT elements instead of <Recommendation>, for example.
This is to prevent unwanted namespace declarations in the imported Application.
Fix for bug 2845602.

Wrap tooltip text in all Profile tabs.

StringUtils.java - check for null in lineWrapText before doing anything

Fix for bug 2846184.

ApplicationHelper.java - use abbr instead of name in isAbbrUsed.

ImportXCCDFDialog.java - added method to prompt user for new abbr if the generated one is already in use.

Made changes to the database scripts

Added call to stopEditing() in deleteSelected() to prevent an exception later when we try to add a new row.
