adding splash screen on startup

added a project for working with the xml schema, and xsl files. It should be setup so that anyone can open the project and all of the rt xsd and xsl file will be accessible.

Unset the tooltip text, it was wrong.

= Fixed a panel background color (though it would have never actually caused a problem)

= Changed the search button to show a picture of a magnifying lens instead of "Find".

+ Fixed bug: Search result countls weren't updating after the first search.
