Removing ImportXCCDF Branch

Merged ImportXCCDF Branch into trunk

+ ${build.number} is incremented after the jar is built. During a release build we were running into an issue where the resulting zip file had a build number (ex: rt.client-1.beta.563.zip) but the internal build number displayed in a help dialog is one greater (Version 1 Beta Build 564).

Make role drop down default to "full" when it isn't set.
Fix for bug 2844661.

Changed the name of the add.app.fields.sql to v1.changes.sql since it is now doing a whole lot more than just added fields to the Application table.

Changed the rtversion insert statement. These will have to be changed again to reflect the real values of the release.

Added tables for Rule's GroupDependency and Group's Dependency and GroupDependency.
