added export of cpe files

must add version
only add title if it is set
make sure the benchamrck id is an ncnname

only add a few elements if they are needed

updated to align with new fields that were added while implementing the import capability.

Changed list of files to be a set. This avoids the problem of checks referring to the same file.

Added word wrap to a couple of text areas
fixed ReferenceHelper to just do one xpath per reference look up when check if a reference is referenced.

Added exclude-result-prefixes to xsl:output. This is supposed to prevent those namespaces from being added to the Application, but doesn't seem to work.

Removed unused template.

-- removed unneeded functions in ApplicationHelper this also corrected bug in GeneralPanel. The categories check box was not being set correctly.

-- make references that are referenced by a group, or profile not appear in the list of references on the application

fixing up reference imports

Added Categories. Fixed rear matter so that it really gets filled with rear matter.
