New abstract AppComponentVersionedItemTypeDAO implements just about everything for its child classes UserRolesTypeDAO, CategoriesTypeDAO, RuleStatusesTypeDAO and TestConfigurationTypeDAO.

Fixed imports added methods to get row counts in the table.

removed status panel at bottom of main window. Added a count panel at the bottom of the rules tab

removed a logging call

Fixed an issue which caused a NPE when creating a new application with a test configuration

A couple of optimizations that hopefully will not blow up in my face.

set grid color on all tables to light grey

Fixed an issue with the cell renderers not being updated properly upon changing the application view.
