Changed list of files to be a set. This avoids the problem of checks referring to the same file.

Added word wrap to a couple of text areas
fixed ReferenceHelper to just do one xpath per reference look up when check if a reference is referenced.

Added exclude-result-prefixes to xsl:output. This is supposed to prevent those namespaces from being added to the Application, but doesn't seem to work.

Removed unused template.

-- removed unneeded functions in ApplicationHelper this also corrected bug in GeneralPanel. The categories check box was not being set correctly.

-- make references that are referenced by a group, or profile not appear in the list of references on the application

fixing up reference imports

Added Categories. Fixed rear matter so that it really gets filled with rear matter.

Various UI clean up fixes.

Corrected border color.
removed main method

Use same template to convert requires in Groups and Rules. Both can depend on either.

Allow for multiple values in requires @idrefs.
