Deleted unneeded cce info panel. cleaned up ui on the cc pane;l in general

Corrected bug 2822606 - check language drop down was not reflecting the selected check language

- removed unneeded log message
- rearranged application menu items

+ changed cache initialization method to avoid invoking the setters for cell text values and cell tool tip text

+ Added a preventative null check to AbsCachedTextRenderer.initCache(...) method

+ Added cache initialization method to AbsCachedTextRenderer. Implemented across list view tables.
- Got rid of instances of VariableRowHeightTable where it was unnecessary (everywhere but the recommendation list view table)

+ Improved the caching for the listview tables. It should be more responsive during scrolling (of course, only after the items are cached)

New schematron files for checking benchmark.
