Added profiles and updated to match current RT schema.

+ Fixed bug #2819032: the application bar is refreshed after a sync in case of application name changes

Added combo boxes for CheckValue operator and type to reflect additions to schema.

Changed System Id panel to contain a table of ids to reflect change in the schema.
Added VALUE choice in AbsXMLObjectComparator that sorts on the string value of the current element.

+ DataManager.save() now sets the Datamanager.isModified flag to false
+ Sync no longer validates at the start if DataManager.isModified() returns false
- No need to validate if we haven't made any changes since the last save

Now that the schema has been changed, allow the created date to be YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD.
Fix for bug 2219228.

Fix for schema changes. RT now compiles and mostly works. GUI changes to match the schema changes are forthcoming.
