Rolled Saxon and XMLBeans jars to:

I did this because XMLBeans and Saxon have some bugs pertaining to running XPath queries against copies of XmlObject instances ...which we do a lot of.

Added Rule ID and Rule Title columns to Refine Value tables.
Feature request 2797581.

Fixed bug 2797562 - "How-to and Value paste bug".
After editing a cell in the How-to or Value tables, and clicking on another cell, the data from the edited cell was pasted into the newly selected cell.
This was fixed by moving the setting of the entered value to the respective renderers instead of in the panels.

The dialog title now says "Add Check Value" when adding a new one, instead of "Edit Check Value"
Cleaned up the wording of the duplicate selector warning dialogs.

Added support for adding, editing, and deleting ValueTypes in ComplianceChecks.

Added checkbox to allow an optional checklist view of a guide to be created when exporting xccdf

Added null check to prevent NPE when user quits out of login dialog.

Added property change listener on launching Compliance Check editor from list view to mark data as changed. Fix for bug 2791816.
Added cancel option in addition to save and exit options in dialog that pops up when exiting the application and there are unsaved changes. The cancel option lets the user return to the RT. Fix for bug 2758920.

Backed out of change that allowed users to add a compliance check to multiple rules.
Added a new button on the rule dialog compliance check content panel that pops up a dialog that allows user to pick a file that is already used in another compliance check.
This is the second attempt to close feature request 2492249.
