Changed ProfileTypeDAO so that isReferenced only returns true when a Profile is a base of another in Profile_Profile.
ProfilesTextRenderer displays the base profile title instead of its ID.
Cleaned up other code.

Filter out the Profiles marked for deletion to make it look like the Delete button works.

Added explicit handling of CheckValueType and ComplicanceCheckType so Profiles can be synced.

Removed ID from all Profile tables except SelectRule and SelectRuleAdd.
Made Comments editable when adding Profile.

Removed the buildnumber.properties file and incorporated the Ant build.number variable into the version.info.properties file.
