Fixed sorting by ID in Profile Add tables.

Fixed table sorting in the various Profile panels. Sorting the Refine Value value table breaks the combo box.

Changed gui title

Removed bg and fg color setting in ValueType combo box.
Changed names of constants.

Added Profile Refine Value tab. It is mostly functional, but the colors of the value combo box are broken. The colors are currently set to help diagnose why the foreground color turns white when clicked on after the value is picked. The background color would be white, too if it wasn't set opaque in the ListCellRenderer.

After editing a recommendation the user's table view will remain on whatever is selected (Assigned To Me, All, Deleted, etc.)

Fixed Bug #2568679: deleted items (comments, files, matters, etc.) are not pulled down during a "Select App" anymore. This will reduce the memory footprint carried by the RT and processing overhead associated with validation.
